Determination and perseverance helps SHE-CAN Scholar land summer job at agricultural mechanization startup company  – by Eunice Umubyeyi

June 2, 2017
Last year we had an amazing time when Barbara Bylenga and Madison Shepard of SHE-CAN visited Rwanda to recruit the class of 2022. During a dinner, they talked to us about life in the U.S. and some of the challenges scholars who came before us faced. We told them how good it is to be prepared for your future goals when you are still young; for example all of us who dreamt about studying in the US and now we are finally reaching that goal. We shared with the girls how important it is to be focused, determined and to participate in activities. We went
