As role models, our SHE-CAN scholars have the potential to inspire millions to achieve their dreams. SHE-CAN graduate & Stanford master’s student, Rosie Ith, won a grant to return to Cambodia this past summer to study cultural norms holding women back.
SHE-CAN scholars aren’t waiting to change the world – they’re doing it. Even while in school, our scholars already have the passion & experience to improve their nations.

This past Saturday, we celebrated our nine SHE-CAN graduates. Emotional speeches were given, joyful tears were shed, and a great time was had by all. We can't wait for this class of driven leaders to return home and start changing the world!
This year we are accepting our largest class of new scholars — 20 driven young women from Cambodia, Liberia, and Guatemala will join SHE-CAN. That means we are adding 20 new mentor teams — 100 mentors total! We have recruited 85 mentors so far and are looking for another 15 people to join them!
