Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator
Mariel Bation is the Executive Assistant & Operations Lead at SHE-CAN (Supporting Her Education Changes A Nation), where she provides essential support to the organization’s daily operations. She assists the leadership team with coordination, logistics, and administrative tasks to help ensure that SHE-CAN’s programs and activities run smoothly.
Before joining SHE-CAN, Mariel worked as an elementary teacher and later as a medical biller, experiences that strengthened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and care for others. She earned her degree from the University of Southeastern Philippines, where she developed her passion for education and service.
Mariel is motivated by a strong desire to help others and contribute to meaningful work. She believes that teamwork, organization, and compassion are key to building an environment where everyone can thrive and make a difference.
