SHE-CAN Scholar: Madusu Kelleh

Madusu was raised in Monrovia, Liberia, in a multi-religious household with a Muslim father and a Christian mother. As the second female Vice President of St. Gabriel Catholic High School, she advocated for female leadership and challenged traditional perspectives. Madusu is committed to driving change in her homeland, particularly through
female entrepreneurship. Motivated by firsthand experiences, she aims to overcome financial dependence and abuse that affects many women in her society. Her ultimate goal is to serve as Liberia’s Finance Minister, utilizing her expertise to uplift the country’s economy and youth.
