Advancement Coordinator
Nicole joined SHE-CAN in 2026 as the Advancement Coordinator, where she supports donor engagement, CRM administration, and the day-to-day work of the development team and CEO to execute the organization’s sustainable advancement plan. With over eight years of experience at the intersection of social impact and corporate sustainability, Nicole brings a systems-minded and people-centered approach to her work. She is passionate about building more just and equitable economic systems that benefit historically underserved communities around the world.
Nicole is also a proud SHE-CAN graduate (Class of 2018). She earned a BS in Supply Chain Management and a BA in Business from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where she was a MasterCard Foundation Scholar. She also holds a Master’s in Sustainable Development from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a graduate certificate in Applied Data Science. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Nicole on a long walk, dancing, or—since becoming a Bay Area resident—reading a good book by the beach.
