Program Coordinator
Kimberlyn joined the SHE-CAN team as the Program Coordinator in March 2024. In this role they engage with scholars throughout their process in the program. Kimberlyn earned a BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley and collaborated with the department on an investigative documentary called NAPA: No African People Allowed. They have worked in the film industry for 4 years for post production houses like Company 3 and film festivals like the United Nations Association Film Festival and Tiny Film Festival Long Beach. They apply their film skills to support SHE-CAN candidates to share their own stories with colleges. Kimberlyn’s skill set and passion for SHE-CAN’s mission make them an invaluable asset to the Program team.
