Development Coordinator
Kaile joined the SHE-CAN team in June 2024 as the Development Coordinator. With a background in the nonprofit sector, she is dedicated to driving meaningful change. Kaile spearheads donor management and fundraising efforts alongside the Director of Development, with a passion for crafting genuine connections.
A 2024 graduate of Santa Clara University with a BA in Business Marketing, Kaile has gained valuable insights into creating successful fundraising campaigns while effectively conveying an organization’s mission and values.
Originally from Honolulu, HI, she enjoys trail running, exploring local food scenes, and diving for shells in her free time.
