Program Manager
As the Program Manager for SHE-CAN, Grace Libby utilizes her background in international development, policy research, client support, and administrative assistance to ensure that the SHE-CAN scholarship program runs smoothly. Grace joined the SHE-CAN team in October of 2017 as the Office Coordinator, and before that she worked in a variety of positions, including an Elite Account Executive at Yelp, a Research Assistant, and a Sales Associate. She graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Comparative Politics and a minor in Math and Music, and obtained her Masters degree in International Development from the University of Edinburgh, where she wrote her thesis on gender equality and child safety school policies in Rwanda and Uganda.
