Sonita lives in a household of six members, including her two younger siblings, grandmother, and both parents. Her significant leadership experience includes partnering with a local NGO and spearheading a hygiene project for individuals with disabilities. Motivated by Cambodia’s economic transformation, she seeks to use her business and entrepreneurship skills to start an organization that teaches professional development and trains individuals to be job ready. Sonita’s long term goals are to reduce poverty and support sustainable development through business practices.
